Khối ngành Ngôn ngữ và Xã hội nhân văn của Đại học (ĐH) Duy Tân không chỉ được ghi nhận như một điểm sáng khi liên tiếp đón rất nhiều Thủ khoa DTU qua các năm với điểm số trung bình các môn luôn trên 9 điểm/môn mà còn nổi bật với nhiều dấu ấn qua các hoạt động học tập và ngoại khóa.
Từ Liên hoan Phim đến các sân chơi trí tuệ trong lĩnh vực Truyền thông, ngôn ngữ Hàn - Nhật - Trung - Anh và Luật, sinh viên DTU đều thể hiện năng lực toàn diện, bản lĩnh sáng tạo, với tinh thần hội nhập mạnh mẽ.
Nhóm Sunshine gồm 10 sinh viên ĐH Duy Tân ngành Truyền thông đa phương tiện đã giành giải thưởng Quay phim xuất sắc nhất với phim ngắn "Nghề làm đèn lồng Hội An - Câu chuyện dệt nên chiếc "ánh sáng" nhiệm màu" tại Liên hoan phim và Giải thưởng Quốc tế ASEAN (AIFFA) 2025, diễn ra tại Kuching, Malaysia. Tác phẩm này là tác phẩm tiên phong của Việt Nam lọt vào vòng Đề cử và đã giành chiến thắng.
Sinh viên ngành Quan hệ Quốc tế và Việt Nam học DTU được tiếp cận sớm với nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau qua chương trình đào tạo hiện đại: Kinh tế - xã hội, Chính trị - ngoại giao, Văn hóa các nước, và Ngoại ngữ chiếm khối lượng lớn. Các khóa SV Quan hệ Quốc tế DTU ra trường hiện đang làm việc tại nhiều vị trí như: Giảng viên và nghiên cứu viên tại các viện nghiên cứu và cơ sở giáo dục đại học trong nước và quốc tế, Chuyên viên các tổ chức phi chính phủ, Công an văn hóa, Tiếp viên hàng không, Lễ tân tại khách sạn và nhà hàng...

Trường Ngôn ngữ & Xã hội Nhân văn (LHSS), ĐH Duy Tân trong nhiều năm qua đã trở thành lựa chọn hàng đầu của đông đảo thí sinh có điểm số xuất sắc, trong đó có không ít Thủ khoa đầu vào của cả ĐH Duy Tân qua các khóa: Nguyễn Ngọc Diễm Quỳnh đạt 28,55/30 điểm là Thủ khoa (đầu vào) ngành Truyền thông Đa phương tiện năm 2025; Hà Thị Lệ đạt 27,43/30 điểm là Thủ khoa (đầu vào) ngành Truyền thông Đa phương tiện năm 2024; H' Mi Sa Kbuôr đạt 28,25/30 điểm là Thủ khoa cả DTU năm 2023, theo học ngành Quan hệ Công chúng…

DTU STUDENTS IN LANGUAGES, HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES STAND OUT ACROSS DIVERSE PLATFORMS
The Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences programs at DTU have not only been recognized as a highlight for consistently producing many valedictorians over the years, with average scores consistently above 9.0, but have also stood out through numerous academic and extracurricular achievements.
From film festivals to intellectual competitions in Media, Languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English), and Law, DTU students demonstrate well-rounded capabilities, creativity, and a strong spirit of global integration.
The Sunshine team, consisting of 10 DTU Multimedia Communications students, won the Best Cinematography Award for their short film “Hoi An Lantern Making - The Story of Weaving a Magical Light” at the ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards (AIFFA) 2025, held in Kuching, Malaysia. This film was the first Vietnamese entry to be shortlisted for nomination and went on to win the award.
DTU students majoring in International Relations and Vietnamese Studies are exposed early to diverse fields through a modern curriculum, including socio-economics, politics and diplomacy, world cultures, and intensive foreign language training. Graduates from these programs are currently working in various roles such as lecturers and researchers at domestic and international institutions, specialists in NGOs, cultural officers, flight attendants, and front-desk staff in hotels and restaurants.
