PGS.TS. Myungkeun Song đến từ Khoa Quản trị Du lịch, Trường Kinh doanh, Đại học Dong-A, Hàn Quốc sẽ tham gia Chương trình Trao đổi Nghiên cứu trong thời gian 1 năm tại ĐH Duy Tân.
Là chuyên gia có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và nghiên cứu Du lịch, PGS.TS. Myungkeun Song từng đảm nhiệm vị trí Trưởng Khoa Quản trị Du lịch tại Đại học Dong-A. Ông tốt nghiệp Tiến sĩ tại Đại học Bang Pennsylvania (Hoa Kỳ) - một trong những cơ sở đào tạo hàng đầu thế giới về Du lịch & Khách sạn. Hướng nghiên cứu chính của ông tập trung vào Quản trị Doanh thu (Revenue Management) và Hành vi người tiêu dùng (Consumer Behavior) - những lĩnh vực có vai trò then chốt trong bối cảnh phát triển mạnh mẽ của ngành Du lịch - Dịch vụ toàn cầu.
Đặc biệt, ông hiện đang đảm nhiệm vai trò Secretary General của APTA (Asia Pacific Tourism Association) - một trong những hiệp hội du lịch hàng đầu khu vực châu Á Thái Bình Dương.
Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, PGS.TS. Myungkeun Song sẽ có thời gian 1 năm cộng tác nghiên cứu tại Trường Du lịch (HTi), Đại học Duy Tân, tham gia các hoạt động học thuật, kết nối nghiên cứu và chia sẻ chuyên môn cùng đội ngũ giảng viên, nghiên cứu viên và sinh viên. Đây là cơ hội quý giá nhằm thúc đẩy các công trình nghiên cứu chất lượng cao, mở rộng mạng lưới hợp tác quốc tế, đồng thời góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo theo định hướng hội nhập toàn cầu của Nhà trường.
Sự tham gia của PGS.TS. ASSOC. PROF. DR. MYUNGKEUN SONG JOINS RESEARCH EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT DTU HOSPITALITY & TOURISM INSTITUTE (HTi)
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Myungkeun Song from the Faculty of Tourism Management, College of Business Administration, Dong-A University, will participate in a one-year Research Exchange Program at DTU.
With extensive experience in Tourism education and research, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Myungkeun Song previously was Head of the Faculty of Tourism Management at Dong-A University. He earned his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University in the United States, one of the world’s premier institutions for Tourism and Hospitality education. His research mainly centers on Revenue Management and Consumer Behavior, two strategically important fields that play a vital role in the rapid growth of the global tourism and hospitality industry.
Notably, he currently holds the position of of Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Tourism Association (APTA), one of the leading tourism associations in the Asia-Pacific region.
As part of the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Myungkeun Song spends one year as a visiting research scholar at DTU Hospitality & Tourism Institute (HTi), where he engages in academic activities, research collaboration and networking, and professional knowledge sharing with faculty members, researchers, and students. This collaboration provides a valuable opportunity to promote high-quality research projects, expand international partnerships, and further enhance the quality of education in line with the university’s internationalization goals.
The participation of Assoc.
